Boot Into Windows Safe Mode with Networking
Sometimes internet access is completely denied by virus infections when Windows is started in Normal Mode. The solution is to boot windows into Safe Mode With Networking.
1. Restart and click F8 while booting
In order to boot into safe mode, you need to click F8 multiple times while your computer is first booting up.
2. Windows Advanced Options Menu
After clicking F8 while the computer was booting, the Windows Advanced Options Menu will appear.
3. Select Safe Mode with Networking
In the Advanced Options Menu you will see ‘Safe Mode with Networking’. Select that option and click enter.
4. Windows Safe Mode with Networking
Your computer will now boot into Safe Mode with Networking. Safe Mode is a ‘minimum requirements only’ Windows operating system, disabling the majority of infections from running.
5. Download Spyware Doctor with Antivirus
Once you are in Safe Mode with Networking, Click on the “Windows Key” and the “R” key at the same time and Type: iexplore http//:www.remove.cc

When in Safe Mode with Networking press the Windows Key and then the “R” Key to open the run box.
This will open the run command box which is another critical step to bypass the virus in order to download the removal software. See below.
Downloading the Virus Removal Software
This step allows you to quickly install the virus removal software with out having it blocked by the virus.
TYPE THE FOLLOWING INTO THE RUN BOX: iexplore http://www.remove.cc
After entering the code into the run box, hit enter.
Click Run to Start the Download.
